This one is for Erin

So Erin L kept on asking me to take photos of where I work. So the one day I was really bored and then I realized I had Sarah's camera in my purse so I took some photos.


This is a photo of the transfer station. This is where people go to drop off there household garbage. It goes in the blue bins. Then we have bins for wood, metal and cardboard. You wouldn't believe the stupid things people put in the wood bin.

This is the transfer station from the other side. We have four household garbage bins but only two are open at a time.

Here the fridges are all lined up. After they are placed here the loader will come by and move them to another location where the Freon can be removed before they head to the metal pile.

Here is a pic of me sitting in my truck. It was a really slow morning and I was tired and I almost fell asleep.

This is a picture of the dirty wood pile. (dirty means painted or stained, etc.) We weren't actually using that pile the day the photo was taken. Cause the wood chipped(tub grinder) seen in the photo was being repaired and blocking the usual dumping spot.

This is a photo of the dirty wood pile we were using that day. I waited 9 hours for the loader to come and spread the front part so I could pick through it. I didn't finish we ended up having a fire on the top of the hill so I had to race up there.

This is my truck sitting at the wood pile. I basically sat in it all day and waited for customers.


Here is the tire pile. It used to be a lot bigger and it another spot but we have recently had like 6 semi's come and we have loaded them with the tires.

So that is pretty much it. I forgot to take a photo of the face. That is where the garbage trucks dump and also where our household garbage bins from the transfer station are dumped.
