OK as most of you know I require a few items to get a good night sleep. The most important one is

I also really enjoy it when I have a pair of these

So if that wasn't already enough my dentist the last time I saw him told me I grind my teeth. While I didn't really believe him that could be because he wanted to charge me $500 for a guard. So now I have one of these
a $35 guard from the drugstore. Only down side is it is a little more bulky. I haven't actually slept with it yet. I tried last night but the thing is you need to sleep with your mouth closed ok you get fluid build up in your mouth. This would be much easier if you weren't developing a cold and your nose was all stuffed up. So based upon my cold right now I think it will be a few days before I attempt sleeping through the night with it.

my mouth guard was only 250 from the dentist... and it is awesome, it clips in to your bottom teeth, and I'm a mouth breather, so that's perfect it doesn't slip out. If you brush it in the morning and take care of it it should last over a year... or at least mine has.
who is this? only 250? mine was going to be at least 500. you didn't have health spending account money to use on it?
Hi Cat, It's Lisa from the PW book signing. Just wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas. Stay safe and warm. God's Peace...
