Must See
If you have not already seen this movie. I think you should see it. It was a great movie and has a really interesting story line. It is about love and hope and shows the beauty of the country of India.

Did you loose track? 8 that's right 8 Oscars for a movie that was based and filmed in India. Slumdog Millionaire won 8 of the 9 categories it was nominated for. It actually had ten nominations but that is because it had two nominations in the best song category.
So what are you waiting for? Go see it.

so
So on thursday I am going to the airport really early in the morning. Where am I going?
CRESTON....I am so excited I can't wait to see my family mainly Callum sorry but it's true no one else is changing as much as he is. I will stay there until the following thursday. :D
I just got a new position at work. I will be switching houses. I will now be working with residents who have Alzheimer's and dementia. I am excited for the change. My line is only a .53 so I am sure I will still work lots of casual at my other house.
I saw Slumdog Millionaire last night and it is really good and I highly recommend it.
I am not sure what else I want to say right now? I will post photos of my trip when I get back. While your waiting check out his blog and watch the cute videos.

ok ok
OK so last we let off I was dealing with only seeing Callum for 25 minutes. The next morning my parents and I drove all the way to Mission in some pretty crazy winter weather. We spent the night there and I got to spend some time with the kids I love the most after Callum. Alex and Victoria are so cute and adorable. I hope that I get married before Victoria is to old to be a flower girl. So seeing them really helped with not being with Callum. The next day we went to the Island and spent four days with my Aunts family. Two of my cousins have little kids and they are pretty cute. Oh I should mention that seven of us played a Texas Hold Em' tournament on Christmas day. I had a sheet telling me what hands were worth. Surprisingly I WON!! It came down to just me and my dad and I ended up beating him. :D On boxing day we went back to the mainland and I spend time visiting with friends. Then things got a little crazy. Where I slept. 29- Mission 30th- Coquitlam 31st- Saskatoon 1st- Outlook 2nd- Swift Current 3rd- Frontier Area 4th- Camrose (Wanda's-WMPL) 5th- My new place in Camrose. A little bit crazy after a week of sleeping in random places I was pretty happy to sleep in the same place for more than a night.
I live with a family. I used to work with the lady. I love it I have a big room in the basement and my own bathroom it had a shower but I broke it. NOT MY FAULT. So now there is a bath tub in the garage that needs to be put in. I don't have my own kitchen but that is ok I eat with the family which is great.
The first week back I worked at the hospital training and last week I worked there. But I am only casual so I won't be there very often. I am also casual at Bethany but have applied for a position. In Feb I will start my Health Care Aide Course. So that should be interesting. I am almost done my internship I just have a few things that I need to finish up.
Oh I forgot to mention on the 3rd I was in Frontier to attend friends wedding. Bryan and Kjersti were married. Congratulations!!! I had a fun time seeing friends I haven't seen in sometime. I also got a sweet ride home thanks again Johanna and Ben.
So the main thing right now is I am looking for a car and trying to decide how much I can afford to spend on one. Hopefully I am able to figure something out this week. If you could pray for me about this it would be great.
Also I am hoping to see my sister and Callum sometime soon but who knows when it will happen.
Blessings

Early Christmas with Callum
Saturday, December 13
The next week
This past week I have been working at The Lefse House they are starting to get crazy busy and needed extra help so they called me up.
I am leaving for Calgary on the bus on Wednesday.
So before I go I need to pack and clean my room.
So most of you are probably thinking I would start that at 10pm on Tuesday night.
But you are wrong. I have a load of laundry in now and I have already folded my clean laundry. I also have emptied my drawers so my room still looks like it is in a state of chaos but I have made some progress. I am also finding things that I forgot I bought for Callum. :D That's it no more Christmas presents for him this year. Unless I find something really cute.Today I am going to Bethany's Piano Recital. I am really looking forward to hearing her play.

After the recital I am hopefully going to be able to go and meet a landlord and get an application for their basement suite. It the place works out I won't have very far to move because it will be very close to where I live now.
Then I will go to Bethany's soccer game and try not to cheer too loud because Bethany gets easily embarrassed. Hopefully after the game it will be close to six and I will have a chance to look at the basement suite.
After that I will be off to Tofield until Monday morning. Fun times with the L's.

Monday, Tuesday I will be at the Lefse House. Then on Wednesday I will finish everything up and have a WMPL lunch and then I will get on the bus. I will go to Calgary and stay with Natashia and Allison until Saturday morning. I am pretty excited. Also hopefully on Thursday night I will be able to have dinner with Old family friends. Then on Saturday I will get to see Callum and my family. I will be home for ten days before going by bus back to Calgary and then onto Saskatoon by plane. That is the tentative plan for now but I need to talk to my dad because I will need to bring a bunch of my house stuff back from Creston so I am not sure what will happen.
I am sure I will post again before Christmas but just in case I am too distracted by Callum. MERRY CHRISTMAS!! May you enjoy time with family and friends and remember the real reason for the season.

Simple vs Real
A simple friend identifies himself when he calls. A real friend doesn't have to.
A simple friend opens a conversation with a full news bulletin on his life.
A real friend says, "What's new with you?"
A simple friend thinks the problems you whine about are recent.
A real friend says, "You've been whining about the same thing for 14 years. Get off your duff and do something about it."
A simple friend has never seen you cry. A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.
A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names. A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book.
A simple friend hates it when you call after he has gone to bed. A real friend asks you why you took so long to call.
A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems. A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.
A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest. A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself.
A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument.
A real friend knows that it's not a friendship until after you've had a fight.
A simple friend expects you to always be there for them. A real friend expects to always be there for you!
I found this on the internet while looking for something else.
