Early Christmas with Callum
Saturday, December 13
The next week
This past week I have been working at The Lefse House they are starting to get crazy busy and needed extra help so they called me up.

Today I am going to Bethany's Piano Recital. I am really looking forward to hearing her play.

After the recital I am hopefully going to be able to go and meet a landlord and get an application for their basement suite. It the place works out I won't have very far to move because it will be very close to where I live now.
Then I will go to Bethany's soccer game and try not to cheer too loud because Bethany gets easily embarrassed. Hopefully after the game it will be close to six and I will have a chance to look at the basement suite.
After that I will be off to Tofield until Monday morning. Fun times with the L's.

Monday, Tuesday I will be at the Lefse House. Then on Wednesday I will finish everything up and have a WMPL lunch and then I will get on the bus. I will go to Calgary and stay with Natashia and Allison until Saturday morning. I am pretty excited. Also hopefully on Thursday night I will be able to have dinner with Old family friends. Then on Saturday I will get to see Callum and my family. I will be home for ten days before going by bus back to Calgary and then onto Saskatoon by plane. That is the tentative plan for now but I need to talk to my dad because I will need to bring a bunch of my house stuff back from Creston so I am not sure what will happen.
I am sure I will post again before Christmas but just in case I am too distracted by Callum. MERRY CHRISTMAS!! May you enjoy time with family and friends and remember the real reason for the season.

Simple vs Real
A simple friend identifies himself when he calls. A real friend doesn't have to.
A simple friend opens a conversation with a full news bulletin on his life.
A real friend says, "What's new with you?"
A simple friend thinks the problems you whine about are recent.
A real friend says, "You've been whining about the same thing for 14 years. Get off your duff and do something about it."
A simple friend has never seen you cry. A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.
A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names. A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book.
A simple friend hates it when you call after he has gone to bed. A real friend asks you why you took so long to call.
A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems. A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.
A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest. A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself.
A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument.
A real friend knows that it's not a friendship until after you've had a fight.
A simple friend expects you to always be there for them. A real friend expects to always be there for you!
I found this on the internet while looking for something else.

My Trip West
Pike Market Seattle
You know how on TV you see people waiting in line for a really good place to eat. Like on Seinfeld where they line up for soup. While we had to line up to get something from the Russian Bakery.
Leslie enjoying her item from the Bakery.
Guess how much this bouquet of flowers cost at the market
The first starbucks not at the original location but very close to where it was. This is the original logo.
Leslie with I think it was her half decaf drip coffee
Hannah two starbucks? Whoa you must be addicted.
We got to go to the Mariners game. I was pretty excited.
Yummy Lemonade
Must finish with photos of Callum
He likes to nap in his swing during the day.
Carolyn, Brad, Callum and Anny came to visit a few days ago and I will try to post those photos once I charge my camera battery.
Have a great day.
